1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "rp99" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the operator of the website located at https://rp99.world and all associated sub-domains and mobile applications.
• "Platform" — refers to the rp99 website, mobile site, and any application through which gaming services are delivered.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" / "your" — any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" — the personal gaming account opened by a Player upon successful registration and verification on the Platform.
• "Wallet" / "Balance" — the virtual funds balance held within a Player's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback amount, or other non-cash incentive offered by rp99 to eligible Players.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total aggregate bet amount a Player must place before Bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Intellectual Property" — all trademarks, service marks, logos, software code, databases, design elements, and content owned by or licensed to rp99.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the rp99 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by residents of Indonesia. You must confirm that accessing and using the Platform does not contravene any law applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that participating in online gaming is lawful where you reside. rp99 shall not be liable for any breach of local laws by Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where such access is restricted.

2.3 Single Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances pending investigation. If you have forgotten your login credentials, please contact our support team.

2.4 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on rp99: employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of rp99 or its parent/subsidiary entities; individuals who have been placed on a self-exclusion list; and persons who have previously had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming services on rp99, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. rp99 relies on the accuracy of this information; any false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. rp99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.3 Account Currency

All Accounts on rp99 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in IDR. rp99 does not operate multi-currency accounts.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. rp99 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred, including but not limited to suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 When KYC Applies

rp99 is obligated to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 5,000,000 per transaction, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, regardless of the amount. KYC procedures may also be triggered at account opening for high-value first deposits.

4.2 Documents Required

To complete KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo ID (KTP/national identity card, passport, or SIM driving license)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (photograph of bank card or screenshot of e-wallet registered in your name — OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja)
• A selfie holding your photo ID where explicitly requested

4.3 Processing Time

KYC document reviews are typically completed within 24–48 hours of submission during business hours (WIB, UTC+7). Withdrawal requests will be held pending successful KYC completion. rp99 will not be liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or inaccurate KYC submissions.

5. Deposits

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rp99 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and digital wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All payment methods must be registered in your own name; deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit is Rp 25,000 for e-wallet methods and Rp 50,000 for bank transfer methods. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier; Players should refer to the Deposit page within the Platform for current limits applicable to their Account. rp99 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

5.3 Processing Times

Deposits via supported banks and e-wallets are typically credited to your Account within seconds of successful payment confirmation. In rare cases involving bank system delays, crediting may take up to 15 minutes. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transfer receipt.

5.4 Deposit Fees

rp99 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may levy their own transaction charges, for which rp99 accepts no liability. You are advised to check your provider's fee schedule before initiating a transfer.

5.5 Declined Deposits

rp99 reserves the right to decline, reverse, or hold any deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. Declined deposit funds will be returned to the original source payment method within 3–5 business days.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal

You may submit a withdrawal request provided that: (a) your Account has passed KYC verification; (b) you have met all applicable wagering requirements on any active Bonus; and (c) your Account is in good standing with no active investigations or restrictions.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum single withdrawal limits vary by account tier (Standard, Silver VIP, Gold VIP) and payment method. Limits are displayed in the Withdrawal section of your Account dashboard.

6.3 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during normal operating hours (WIB). First-time withdrawals or withdrawals flagged for additional review may take up to 24 hours. Processing times outside WIB business hours may be longer. rp99 does not guarantee same-day processing in all circumstances and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party banking systems.

6.4 Withdrawal Method Matching

Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching your rp99 Account details. rp99 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This policy exists to prevent fraud and protect Players.

6.5 Withdrawal Fees

rp99 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Inter-bank transfer fees imposed by the receiving bank are the Player's responsibility.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by rp99 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail. rp99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

The Welcome Bonus is available to new Players making their first qualifying deposit. The bonus amount is credited as a percentage match of the first deposit up to a published maximum. The Welcome Bonus may only be claimed once per Player, household, device, IP address, or shared payment method. Attempting to claim the Welcome Bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

7.3 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The following game contribution rates apply toward wagering requirements:

• Slot games — 100%
• Live casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) — 10%
• Sports betting — contribution varies by odds; single bets with odds below 1.50 contribute 0%; bets at 1.50 or above contribute 100%
• Jackpot slots, video poker, and scratchcards — 0% unless explicitly stated

7.4 Maximum Bet with Active Bonus

While a bonus is active and its wagering requirement has not been completed, the maximum permitted bet per spin, hand, or round is Rp 50,000. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings at rp99's sole discretion.

7.5 Bonus Expiry

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonuses expire 30 days from the date of credit. Any unused bonus balance and associated winnings remaining at expiry will be automatically forfeited from your Account without further notice.

7.6 Bonus Abuse

rp99 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity; and collusion between Players to exploit promotional offers. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be immediately suspended and all balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

rp99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its absolute discretion, including where the Platform has reason to believe that a bet is placed in error, arises from suspicious activity, or exploits a technical error in the published odds. A bet is only confirmed when a unique bet reference number is generated and displayed to the Player.

8.2 Void Bets

Bets may be declared void and stakes returned where: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond 24 hours; odds were published in manifest error; or circumstances arise that make settlement impossible or unfair. rp99's decision on the voiding of bets is final.

8.3 Sports Betting Markets

rp99 offers a broad range of sports betting markets including 1X2 (Match Result), Over/Under, Asian Handicap (locally referred to as voor bola — the spread-based handicap system popular among Indonesian football bettors), Both Teams to Score, Correct Score, First Goalscorer, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets. Each market type is governed by specific sport rules published in the Help section of the Platform.

8.4 Live Betting

Live in-play betting is offered on selected events. Odds fluctuate in real time and bets are accepted subject to system availability. rp99 is not liable for connectivity interruptions that prevent a Player from placing or managing an in-play bet. The cashout feature, where available, allows Players to settle an open bet before the event concludes at a value determined by rp99's trading system.

8.5 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games on the Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. rp99 is not responsible for game malfunctions caused by the third-party game provider's software; in such cases the relevant provider's malfunction policy applies.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 Age Verification Commitment

rp99 is firmly committed to preventing underage gambling. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play. We conduct age verification checks at registration and during KYC review. Any Account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the source payment method.

9.2 Self-Management Tools

rp99 provides the following responsible gaming tools within your Account Settings. We encourage all Players to use these tools proactively:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 72-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits — cap the total amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits — restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions with automatic logout upon expiry.
• Reality Check Reminders — receive periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, deposits, logins, and marketing communications are blocked.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rp99 Platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Accessing the Platform using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting event.
• Using the Platform to launder money or fund illegal activities.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in published odds; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts on the Platform.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorization.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or copying any part of the Platform's software or content.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward rp99 staff or other Players.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the rp99 Platform — including but not limited to the rp99 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software code, databases, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of rp99 or its licensed third-party suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of rp99. Unauthorized use of rp99's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Platform Availability

rp99 endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. rp99 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from Platform downtime.

12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rp99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, even if rp99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.3 Cap on Liability

rp99's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates third-party services including game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming), payment processors (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay), and data feed providers. rp99 is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of any third-party service provider.

13. Privacy & Data

rp99 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

We implement industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions and do not store sensitive payment credentials on our servers. 14. Amendments

rp99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered Players via their registered email address or through an in-Platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rp99 holds its international operating licence, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and rp99, you agree to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period of at least 30 days for us to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration body designated under rp99's operating licence.

15.3 Language of Proceedings

All dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted in English. Any translation of these Terms provided for convenience does not constitute a legally binding version; the English text shall prevail in all cases.
