About rp99

Who We Are

rp99 has established itself as one of Indonesia's premier online gaming platforms, serving players from Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, and across the archipelago with a comprehensive entertainment experience. Our platform combines sports betting, live casino games, and premium slot titles from world-class providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. Since our launch, we have built a reputation for security, fairness, and customer satisfaction, earning the trust of over 2.5 million active players nationwide.

Our mission is to provide Indonesian players with a world-class gaming platform that rivals international operators while remaining deeply connected to local preferences and payment methods. We understand that Indonesian players value fast transactions, competitive odds on domestic and international sports, and a diverse game selection that includes both global hits and regional favorites. This understanding drives everything we do, from our instant-processing Indonesian bank integrations (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) to our extensive coverage of BRI Liga 1 matches featuring Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United alongside EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League fixtures.

Our Gaming Philosophy

At rp99, we believe gaming should be exciting, fair, and accessible. Our platform operates on three core principles: transparency in all transactions, provably fair gaming mechanics using certified random number generators, and responsible gaming advocacy. We publish all terms and conditions clearly, maintain transparent bonus structures with honest wagering requirements, and provide comprehensive tools for players to control their gaming activity including deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion options.

For sports enthusiasts, we offer one of the most comprehensive betting experiences in Indonesia. Our sportsbook covers over 40 sports with live in-play betting, cashout features, and markets beyond standard 1X2 including Over/Under, Handicap, Both Teams to Score, mix parlay (accumulator bets combining multiple selections), and voor bola (Asian Handicap betting popular among Indonesian football fans). We understand the passion Indonesian fans have for football, badminton, basketball, volleyball, and MotoGP, ensuring competitive odds and fast market updates for all major tournaments including the FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, and Indonesia Open badminton championship.

Our live casino section brings the authentic casino experience directly to your device with professional dealers streaming in high-definition from state-of-the-art studios. Players can enjoy classics like Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and regional favorites including Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, and Andar Bahar. For slot enthusiasts, we curate a constantly updated library of over 3,000 titles ranging from high-volatility progressive jackpot games to the highly sought-after slot gacor titles (Indonesian slang for slots known for frequent payouts) including Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza, Starlight Princess, and Wild West Gold. Traditional games popular in Indonesia such as togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and sabung ayam (cockfighting with Meron/Wala betting options) are also available, connecting modern gaming technology with cultural entertainment traditions.

Our Commitment to Indonesian Players

What sets rp99 apart is our deep commitment to serving the Indonesian market specifically. We support all major Indonesian payment methods including e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja alongside traditional bank transfers. Deposits are processed instantly with no fees, and withdrawals are completed in 15 minutes to 2 hours for verified accounts. Our customer service team speaks fluent Indonesian and English, operating 24/7 via live chat, WhatsApp, and email to assist with any questions or issues. We understand Indonesian time zones, cultural holidays, and local preferences, adjusting our promotional calendar around events like Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Nyepi.

Security is paramount in everything we do. All financial transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, the same technology used by major banks worldwide. We never store sensitive payment information on our servers, and all withdrawals require multi-factor verification to prevent unauthorized access. Our gaming platform is regularly audited by independent testing agencies to ensure random number generators operate fairly and game RTPs match published rates. We hold international gaming licenses and comply with strict regulatory standards for player protection, anti-money laundering, and responsible gaming.

We take responsible gaming seriously, recognizing that while gaming should be entertaining, it must never become harmful. Players must be 21 years or older to register, and we strictly verify age during the account creation process. Our platform includes comprehensive tools for self-management: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders that display your playing time and win/loss status, and self-exclusion periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. We train our customer service team to recognize problem gambling patterns and provide resources for players who may need support. Our goal is to create an entertainment environment where players feel safe, informed, and in control of their gaming experience.

Looking Forward

As rp99 continues to grow, we remain committed to innovation and improvement. We constantly expand our game library based on player feedback, negotiate better odds with sports data providers, improve our mobile platform for seamless Android and iOS experiences, and develop new features that enhance the player experience. Our VIP program rewards loyal players with cashback bonuses, birthday gifts, faster withdrawals, dedicated account managers, and exclusive tournament invitations. We host regular promotions including weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, tournament prize pools exceeding Rp 1 billion, and special event bonuses tied to major sporting events like the FIFA World Cup, Champions League final, and Indonesia's participation in international competitions.

Our vision is to be recognized not just as a gaming platform, but as a trusted entertainment partner for Indonesian players. We measure our success not only in revenue but in player satisfaction, retention, and the positive experiences our members share. Our Core Values

Player First

Every decision we make starts with one question: "Is this good for our players?" From transparent terms and conditions to fair bonus structures and responsive customer service, we prioritize player satisfaction above all else. Your trust is our most valuable asset, and we work every day to earn and maintain it.

Transparency & Fairness

We believe in complete transparency. All terms and conditions are written in clear language, wagering requirements are stated upfront, and RTPs are published for every game. Our random number generators are certified by independent testing agencies, and we never manipulate odds or game outcomes. What you see is what you get.

Responsible Gaming

Gaming should be entertainment, not a source of financial stress. We provide comprehensive tools for self-management including deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion options. Our customer service team is trained to recognize problem gambling patterns and provide appropriate resources. Players must be 21+ to use our platform.

Innovation & Excellence

We constantly improve our platform based on player feedback and technological advancements. From adding new games and payment methods to optimizing mobile performance and developing new features, we invest in innovation that enhances your gaming experience. Excellence is not a destination but a continuous journey.

Community & Culture

As an Indonesian-focused platform, we celebrate the cultural diversity and passion of our player community. We adjust our promotional calendar around Indonesian holidays, support local sports teams, and maintain 24/7 Indonesian-language customer service. We're not just a gaming platform—we're part of the Indonesian entertainment landscape.

Security & Trust

Your security is our priority. We use 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions, never store sensitive payment data, require multi-factor verification for withdrawals, and conduct regular security audits. International licensing and regulatory compliance ensure we meet the highest standards for player protection and fair play.
